Every artist at Witch of the West books independently. Visit our Artists & Booking page to learn more about our artists and their booking process.
Additionally, each artist has their own website and social media pages. This is the best way to stay up to date with their books. If you’d like priority in booking, be sure to sign up for your prospective artist’s newsletter. All of this information can be found in the page linked above.
We do not accommodate last-minute booking requests, as our artists are usually booked out three to six months in advance.
-
Tattoo rates are determined by each artist. Some artists have an hourly rate, while others price at a flat rate. Information on each artist’s rate can be found on their website or their Instagram. During the booking process, your artist will be happy to provide an estimate for the total time and cost of your tattoo.

Since we are a smaller studio and there is limited space, we ask that you minimize bringing guests to your tattoo appointment.
We understand that tattooing can be an intimidating and vulnerable experience for some, so we do allow one guest to accompany you during your appointment. Guests must remain courteous and respectful towards other clients and artists when in the space. If your guest is creating a disturbance or engaging in inappropriate behavior, our artists reserve the right to ask them to leave.
Please note that we do not allow children in the studio.
-
Make sure to eat a large meal before your appointment starts. This will help with pain management. We also recommend bringing some snacks to help keep your blood sugar up throughout the tattoo.
Try to get a good night's sleep beforehand, and don't drink alcohol for 24 hours prior to your appointment (this increases inflammation in the body even if you aren't actively hungover).
Eat a big dinner with carbs the night prior as well.
Witch of the West offers a wide range of complimentary amenities and comfort items for use during your tattoo appointment, though you are encouraged to bring your own headphones, books, tablets, etc for entertainment.
-
Each artist has different preferences. Please contact your artist to inquire about using numbing cream for your tattoo appointment.
